Premium variety: the almond-shaped fruits of this variety and its kernel are more delicious than other commercial varieties. Most of its leaves are trifoliate. It is an early-flowering variety and can be harvested in the third decade of September, it is considered one of the early-flowering and late-flowering varieties.

Nuq pistachio white variety: This variety has existed in the Rafsanjan region since the past, especially in the Nuq region, which has a warmer climate than Rafsanjan. The fruit of this variety is almond-shaped and early flowering, which can be harvested in the third decade of September and is one of the late varieties.

Shah Pasand variety: This variety is also one of the commercial pistachio varieties in Damghan region, whose fruit is almond-shaped. Most of its leaves are composed of 3 leaflets. It is a late-flowering variety and can be harvested in the second decade of Shahrivar month from the average clay varieties.

Qazvini variety pistachio: It originates from the Qazvin region and is known as goat head pistachio. Its fruit is almond-shaped, small and has a relatively green kernel. It is a late flowering variety and can be harvested in the middle of August and is one of the early varieties.

22- Introduction of Ebrahimi variety
It is an almond-shaped fruit and the upper skin of the fruit is yellow. This cultivar is one of the late flowering cultivars whose flowering lasts from April 22 to May 2. Brain growth starts from 21 to 31 and completes and ends by the end of August. Therefore, this cultivar is one of the very late cultivars whose fruit ripens and can be harvested in the first decade of October.

23- Introduction of Ebrahimabadi variety
This variety was identified, selected and propagated by Mr. Mohammad Ghafouri in Ebrahimabad Shur village of Rafsanjan city. Hazelnut-shaped, white, large and smiling fruit is one of the characteristics of this variety. This variety is one of the medium flower varieties whose flowering is done from April 14 to April 25. Brain growth starts from July 10 to 20 and is completed by the end of August. Therefore, it is one of the late cultivars and the fruit ripens and can be harvested in the third decade of September. Among the other characteristics of this variety, we can mention the lowest amount of psyllium (dry sap) contamination.

24- Introduction of Jandaghi variety
This variety was identified and selected by Abdullah Jandaghi during the years 1330-1340. In terms of flowering time, this variety is late flowering and it blooms from April 22 to 31. Brain growth starts from July 21 to 31 and is completed by the end of August, so it is considered a very late variety in terms of ripening time, and its fruit can be harvested in the first decade of Mehr.

25- Introduction of Amiri variety
It is a variety that was identified, selected and propagated for the first time by a person named Mohammad Amiri in Rafsanjan. This variety has an elongated hazelnut-shaped fruit. This cultivar has early flowering time, which is from April 7th to April 19th, and brain growth starts from June 28th to July 9th and is completed by August 22nd and September 5th.
