How to make pistachio dessert

1- In preparing the pistachio dessert, you must first remove the pistachio skin. For this, put a pot on the heat and pour half of the water into it. After the water boils, turn off the heat under the pot and remove the pot from the heat. Now put the pistachios in the water and let them soak well for five minutes, then put the pistachios in the colander and remove the second skin.

2- At this stage of preparing the pistachio dessert, put the pistachios in a blender and chop them well. After the pistachios are crushed, add powdered milk to the ingredients in the blender and mix the pistachio dessert ingredients well.

3- After preparing the pistachio dessert, you must prepare the syrup. Pour water and sugar into a pan and put it on low heat, when the liquid of the pistachio dessert syrup starts to harden, add cardamom powder, saffron and rose water to it and remove the syrup from the heat.

4- Now add the syrup to the ingredients of the pistachio dessert and beat it with a mixer for five minutes until it hardens completely, the pistachio dessert is ready, put it aside to cool a little.

5- When the pistachio dessert mixture is cold enough, you can make it into small balls or squares by hand and then roll them in pistachio powder. At this stage, decorate the pistachio dessert with chopped pistachios and gold leaves, which are special for sweets. Now put the small balls of pistachio dessert in small capsules for sweets and put them in a special serving dish and decorate around it with pistachios and mint leaves. You can prepare the pistachio dessert one to two days before the party and store it in a closed container in the refrigerator.

How to prepare

First, heat the cream but do not boil it. Add the chocolates and melt.

Melt the butter and add the pistachio powder to the ingredients.

At first, the material will be a little watery, but the longer it stays and cools, the harder it will become.

Wet the biscuits very little with milk, wait for it to soften a little.

Then pour the pistachio cream with a funnel and put another biscuit, melt the chocolate and pour cocoa powder on the cookies. 2
